The room was recently renovated and large and it had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets, that's cool. Also, location was nice, at walking distance from an expansive public park. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were very friendly.

Nearby bike trail makes it super convenient for a ride, and the hotel is situated close to a big overhead bridge 🚴♂️.

Frau Elzkorn, the hostess during breakfast, was an inspiration! She was so kind and friendly and greeted everyone with a great big smile of hospitality. Dinner was excellent, the Koelsch Radler superb. For us old folks, there was a much appreciated elevator!
The view of the Mosel was streetside (to be expected in the narrow Mosel valley) so there was a bit of road noise, but it was dampened with the windows closed and subsided through the night and weekend.

Excellent food, fantastic location. Staff very helpful.
Noisy road outside early morning and early evening. We made the booking using visa card, but hotel does not accept visa when paying bill at the end of your stay. Menus` in English would be helpful.

No internet or wifi. Computer there would not allow us to access Google mail so it was worthless! Most important: would not accept visa or MasterCard. Must pay everything in cash!!! They charged too much for a room to not have wifi or take credit cards!!!! Tks, Dr. Herron

Tried some excellent Moselle wine, enjoyed activities like canoeing and hiking, and loved the free breakfast buffet. Facilities like BBQ and meeting rooms are available. Also, the hotel has free Wi-Fi in the lobby and a garden to soak up the sun.
Oh, how I wish they had a horse and carriage service to take me around.

Our comfortable room had a great view of the river, and the staff was polite and efficient. the breakfast buffet was abundant, and we enjoyed delicious meals in the restaurant. the hotel's convenient location near a large bridge allowed us to easily catch a taxi and explore the surrounding areas.
The wifi in the hotel was weak and slow.

The restaurant food was sensational, with top-notch wines and beers to complement the delicious meals. The breakfast buffet was abundant and satisfying. The location was ideal, providing a picturesque setting along the river and a convenient starting point for exploring nearby attractions. One of the highlights was sitting on the balcony and enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the area.
It would have been nice to have an electric kettle in the room for tea or coffee. having a bottle of water in the room to accompany the glasses provided would have been a convenient addition.

The hotel rooms were modern and well-designed, with sufficient amenities and power sockets. The carpet in the corridors had a stylish and cheeky look, reminiscent of cobbled stones. The balcony in our room offered a relaxing spot to enjoy the view of the Mosel. The staff was accommodating and went above and beyond to help us get a tour of Burg Eltz.
Nothing to fault.
